摘要
以常见的水生植物金鱼藻作为研究对象,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,选取Zn^2+、Mn^2+、Cu^2+、Fe^3+作为吸附重金属离子,检测了在吸附不同时间后,重金属离子的浓度变化,从而得出金鱼藻对重金属的富集效果。实验发现,金鱼藻对不同重金属的富集效果为Fe^3+>Cu^2+>Mn^2+>Zn^2+。金鱼藻可以在Fe3+浓度为1.0mg/L的水溶液中健康生长,吸附25天之后,Fe^3+的浓度从1.0mg/L降到0.42mg/L,显示了良好的耐受性和优良的富集效果。
In this paper,the common aquatic plant Ceratophyllum demersum as the research object,using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer as the detection method,selecting Zn^2+,Mn^2+,Cu^2+,Fe^3+as the adsorption of heavy metal ions,the concentration changes of heavy metal ions after different adsorption time were detected,and the enrichment effect of heavy metals by Ceratophyllum demersum was obtained.It was found that the enrichment effect of different heavy metals by Ceratophyllum demersum was Fe^3+>Cu^2+>Mn^2+>Zn^2+.After 25 days of adsorption,the concentration of Fe^3+decreased from 1.0mg/L to 0.42mg/L good enrichment effect.
