3种沉水植物对镉的生理特性响应 被引量:8

摘要 通过模拟静态浅水性水培环境,研究5种质量浓度镉对金鱼藻(Ceratophyllumdemersum L.)、伊乐藻(Elodea nuttallii)、苦草(Vallisner-ia natans)的生物量、生长率、叶绿素及可溶性蛋白质量比的影响。结果表明,3种沉水植物的生物量、相对生长率及叶绿素质量比,随镉质量浓度升高呈显著下降趋势,叶绿素活性及茎叶中可溶性蛋白质量比呈先升后降的趋势。金鱼藻与伊乐藻的叶绿素活性在镉质量浓度为10μg/L时最高,可溶性蛋白质量比在镉质量浓度为5μg/L时达最大;而苦草的叶绿素活性在镉质量浓度为5μg/L时最大,可溶性蛋白质量比在镉质量浓度为10μg/L时最大。 This research is aimed at providing a theoretical guidance and experimental basis for the application of submerged maerophytes to treat the effects of heavy-metal sewage pollution on the five concen- trations of cadmium(Cd) to the biomass, the growth rate, the ehloro- phyll content, the chlorophyll activities and the soluable protein of CeratophyUum demersum L. , Elodea nuttallii and Vallisneria natans through imitating the static and shallow water environment. For our research purpose, we have chosen the well grown Ceratophyllum de-mersum L. , Elodea nuttallii and Vallisneria natans as the material to be tested, with the 1/4 Hoagland liquid as the culture medium on the basis for determinating the Cd test concentration in the preliminary tests. We have conducted our formal tests lasting for 40 days in hop- ing to find the biomass, relative growth rate, the chlorophyll content and chlorophyll activity of the above said three submerged macro- phytes under different Cd stresses. The results show that the effects for treating turn to be different due to the different concentrations of cadmium(Cd) used and the different sampling times. It was found that the biomass, the relative growth rate and the chlorophyll contents of the three submerged macrophytes prove to noticeably decrease with the increase of cadmium(Cd) concentration, but the chlorophyll ac- tivity and the soluble protein content tend to increase first and then decrease. We have also found that the chlorophyll activities and solu- ble protein content of CeratophyUum Demersum L. would reach the highest point with the Cd concentration being 10 μg/L and 5 μg/L re- spectively, but the Elodea nuttallii being the same as CeratophyUum Demersum L.. Moreover, when the chlorophyll activity and the solu- ble protein content of Vallisneria natans reached the highest degree with the Cd concentration being 5μg/L and 10 μg/L respectively, the concentration change of cadmium(Cd) was supposed to affect the growth of the three submerged macrophytes.
