摘要
矿区通风是矿产资源开发中的重要安全保障,而金属矿藏的开采是工业领域各类原材料生产的基础工业,因此占据国民经济发展的重要地位。通过开展金属矿分区接力通风系统优化设计研究,从通风机选型、测定设备选型两方面对系统硬件进行设计,再从金属矿分区开采需风量计算、变频智能分区接力通风控制两方面对系统软件进行设计。通过实验证明,新的通风系统与传统通风系统相比,具有更高的通风稳定性,可以为金属矿作业人员提供重要的安全保障,具有更高的实用价值。
Mining area ventilation is an important safety guarantee in the development of mineral resources,and the mining of metal deposits is the basic industry for the production of various raw materials in the industrial field,so it occupies an important position in the development of the national economy.By carrying out research on the optimization design of the metal mine zone relay ventilation system,the system hardware is designed from two aspects:fan selection and measuring equipment selection,and then the system is designed from two aspects:metal mine zone mining demand air volume calculation and frequency conversion intelligent zone relay ventilation control.The software is designed.Experiments have proved that the new ventilation system has higher ventilation stability than traditional ventilation systems,can provide important safety guarantees for metal mine operators,and has higher practical value.
