摘要
由于煤矿生产环境的特殊性,通风设施需要长时间高强度运行,导致矿井通风设施在日常使用中时易出现各种故障,例如矿井通风机故障、矿井风门故障及矿井密闭失效等,这些问题严重影响了煤矿工人的生产安全。因此,企业要做好矿井通风设施管理,及时找到故障原因并采取合理的措施进行处理,提升矿井通风设施的有效利用率。本文将以上述问题为基础,首先对矿井通风设施常见故障进行深入分析,再总结相关经验,给出针对性处理建议。通过本文以期能够引起人们对煤矿通风设施问题的重视,并为煤矿企业提供科学、有效的解决方案。
Due to the special nature of coal mine production environment,ventilation facilities need to operate at high intensity for a long time,which leads to various failures of mine ventilation facilities in daily use,such as mine ventilation fan failure,mine air door failure,and mine sealing failure.These problems seriously affect the production safety of coal mine workers.Therefore,enterprises should do a good job in managing mine ventilation facilities,promptly identify the causes of faults and take reasonable measures to improve the effective utilization rate of mine ventilation facilities.Based on the above issues,this article will first conduct an in-depth analysis of common faults in mine ventilation facilities,then summarize relevant experience and provide targeted treatment suggestions.This article aims to raise people's attention to the issue of ventilation facilities in coal mines and provide scientific and effective solutions for coal mining enterprises.
