摘要
伴随着现代科技的发展和中医药科学的进步,我国传统的中药饮片在临床各类疾病的预防与治疗中的效果愈加显著。与此同时,对中药饮片质量的要求亦更加严格,因为中药饮片质量的好坏直接影响临床疗效。在实际工作中,我们需严把关中药饮片质量。本文探讨和分析了在中药房中药饮片质量管理的工作中遇到的一些问题,分析问题的产生原因,并针对中药饮片的执行标准、规格品名以及饮片真伪鉴定等存在的一系列问题提出了相应的改进方法和科学对策,旨在做好中药饮片质量的把控工作,切实提高中药房中药饮片的质量管理水准。
With the development of modern science and technology and the progress of traditional Chinese medicine,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is more and more significant in clinical prevention and treatment of various diseases.At the same time,the requirements for the quality of Chinese herbal decoction pieces are also stricter,because its quality directly affects the clinical efficacy.In clinical practice,we need to strictly control the quality of Chinese herbal decoction pieces.This paper discusses and analyzes some problems encountered in the quality management of TCM decoction pieces in TCM pharmacy,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Targeting a series of problems existing in the implementation of standard specifications and the identification of the authenticity of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement methods and scientific countermeasures,with a prospect of achieving good quality control of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and improving the quality management of it in Chinese herbal medicine dispensaries.
