教育精准扶贫视域下高职贫困生心理健康的生态教育体系建构研究

摘要 高职贫困生心理健康的生态教育是由不同环境因子构成的互为互动、相互影响的综合系统。以微观生态合力发展为动力,构建家长、专业指导队伍和心理委员为主体的纵横相织的三维教育模式,精准对接起点与过程;以中介生态体系构塑为导向,组织心理课程开发和团体心理辅导活动,精深融合“扶贫”与“扶志”;以宏观生态实践基地为载体,搭建心理健康教育指导中心和职业体验实践基地,精确实现短效与长效相结合。 The ecological education of the mental health of poor students in vocational colleges is a comprehensive system of mutual interaction and mutual influence composed of different environmental factors.With the development of micro-ecological synergy as the driving force,this paper builds a vertical and horizontal threedimensional education model with parents professional guidance teams,and psychological committees to accurately connect the starting point and process,organizes the development of psychological courses and group psychology counseling activities,in-depth integration of"poverty alleviation"and"aspiration support"guided by the construction of the intermediary ecosystem,and builds a mental health education guidance center and a professional experience practice base to accurately achieve the combination of short-term and long-term effects by using the macro-ecological practice base as a carrier.
