摘要
教育经费投入是教育事业稳定发展的基础保障,对粤东西北地区高职院校经费投入效益进行研究,可以为地方政府的经费投入和各高职院校的经费使用决策提供参考依据。通过构建科学合理的高职院校教育投入—产出评价指标体系,以粤东西北10所公办高职院校为研究对象进行DEA分析,结果发现:粤东西北高职院校教育经费投入效率总体水平不高;教育经费资源使用分配与监督管理不善是非DEA有效高职院校的突出问题;区域高职教育经费投入效率差异显著。要提高粤东西北地区高职院校教育经费投入效益可以从优化经费使用分配结构和加强经费监督管理力度两方面着手,提高经费资源利用率。
Educational funds is the basic guarantee for the steady development of educational cause.The research on the benefit of educational investment in higher vocational colleges in the east,west and north of Guangdong can provides references for the local government’s investment and decision making in the use of educational funds in higher vocational colleges.Through the construction of scientific and reasonable input-output evaluation index system in higher vocational colleges,with 10 public higher vocational colleges in the east,west and north of Guangdong province taken as the research objects for DEA analysis,the research shows that it lacks of efficiency of educational funds in higher vocational colleges in the east,west and north of Guangdong.It is found that the prominent problems are the allocation of funds and poor supervision in DEA ineffective colleges,and there are significant regional differences in the efficiency of educational funds.In order to improve the benefit of higher vocational college education funds in the east,west and north of Guangdong,we can optimize the allocation structure and strengthen the supervision and management of funds to improve the utilization of funds and resources.
