摘要
文章认为,制度绩效和政治文化对政治信任的影响虽然已被诸多研究所证实,但是以往研究大多关注主观评价绩效的影响,而一个更为重要的问题是,主客观制度绩效及两者的交互作用如何影响政治信任?同时,政治效能感作为政治文化的重要组成部分,在主客观制度绩效与政治信任的关系中发挥何种作用?文章基于CSS2015数据构建多层线性模型进行探讨,研究发现:主观评价绩效正向影响政治信任,客观层面的公共服务绩效和腐败治理绩效直接正向影响政治信任,客观经济绩效通过主观评价绩效间接正向影响政治信任。进一步加入政治效能感后发现,外在政治效能感对主观评价绩效与政治信任的关系具有正向调节作用,对客观制度绩效与政治信任的关系具有负向调节作用,内在政治效能感的调节作用并不明显。研究结果有助于更好理解和把握制度绩效与政治文化影响政治信任的互动过程。
The impact of institutional performance and political culture on political trust has been confirmed by many studies. Most previous studies focused on the impact of subjective evaluation performance. How does objective institutional performance and the interaction between the two affect political trust? In addition, as an important part of political culture, what role does political efficacy play in the relationship between subjective and objective institutional performance and political trust? Based on CSS2015 data and regional statistical data, a multilevel linear model was constructed for discussion. The research found that subjective evaluation performance positively affects political trust, objective public service performance and corruption governance performance directly affect political trust, and objective economic performance indirectly and positively affects political trust through subjective evaluation. After further adding the sense of political effectiveness, it was found that external political effectiveness has a positive regulating effect on the relationship between subjective evaluation performance and political trust, negatively regulating the relationship between objective institutional performance and political trust, and internal political efficacy is not obvious. The research results help to better understand and grasp the interactive process of institutional performance and political culture affecting political trust.
