摘要
目的:分析对卵巢型子宫内膜异位症使用腹腔镜+戈舍瑞林治疗的效果。方法:2018年10月-2019年10月收治卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者73例,随机分为两组。研究组采用腹腔镜+戈舍瑞林治疗;对照组采用腹腔镜治疗。比较两组不良反应发生率、生活质量、临床疗效、症状评分、复发率、半年内妊娠率、排卵恢复正常时间及月经恢复正常时间。结果:研究组不良反应发生率及复发率均低于对照组,排卵恢复正常时间、月经恢复正常时间均短于对照组,半年内妊娠率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分及各项症状评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用腹腔镜+戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症,治疗效果显著,促进排卵恢复、月经恢复,不良反应率、复发率低,安全可靠,可提高患者的半年内妊娠率和生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopy combined with gosserrelin in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,73 patients with ovarian endometriosis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The study group was treated with laparoscopy combined with gosserrelin.The control group was treated with laparoscopy.The incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life,clinical efficacy,symptom score,recurrence rate,pregnancy rate within half a year,time for ovulation to return to normal and time for menstruation to return to normal were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the time of ovulation and menstruation returning to normal in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the pregnancy rate within half a year in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and symptoms in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with gosserrelin is effective in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis,promoting the recovery of ovulation and menstruation,with low adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate,which is safe and reliable,and improving the pregnancy rate and quality of life within half a year.
