摘要
目的对2020年新冠肺炎(COVID-9)疫情发生期间全血采集指标与前3年同期进行比对,分析非常时期指标维度变化趋势,探索适合重大突发公共卫生事件期间采血工作的有效机制,缓解采集指标过度下降趋势,保持安全合理血液库存。方法通过2017年以来近4年春节期间全血采集数据,对全血采集指标从行政区划、献血场所、团体献血、献血者等多个维度进行比对分析。结果 2020年全血采集指标同比下降达48.30%,指标占比主城区由40%下降到15%,区县由60%上升到85%,主城区团体占比由71.01%断崖式下滑到3.05%,重复献血者占比达到近4年最高。结论优化现有单位团体献血结构并建立多元化、多层次的团体献血队伍,壮大固定献血者队伍是应对突发公共事件的根本保障,发展属地在校大学生参与家乡献血,弥补高校团体献血缺失,以缓解供血压力不失为一个有效措施,适当增加区县采集频次,特别是区县流动采集频次。
Objective To compare the whole blood collected amid COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 and the corresponding periods in prior 3 years, so as to understand the collection trend in COVID-19 epidemic and explore the feasible blood management against public health emergency, avoiding blood shortage or collected blood expiring. Methods The data regarding whole blood collection during Spring Festivals in successive 4 years, spanned between 2017 and 2020, was reviewed and compared in terms of such indicators as administrative districts, blood donation sites, group blood donation and blooddonors. Results The units of whole blood collected decreased by 48.30% in 2020(vs. 2019). The units of whole blood collected in main urban districts decreased from 40%(year 2019) to 15%, whereas those in other districts increased from 60%(year 2019) to 85%. The proportionof group blood donation organized in main urban districts dropped sharply from 71.01%(year 2019) to 3.05%;and the proportion of repeat blood donors reached the highest among recent 4 years. Conclusion The best strategy to balance supply with demand is containment of this pandemic by optimizing current group blood donation and developing an actively repeat donors group. College students could be mobilized to supplement local group donations, and mobile visits to non-urban districts could be increased appropriately for facilitating blood donors to give blood.
