摘要
目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间郑州市全血采集情况,评估招募效果,为今后面对突发公共卫生事件时确保临床供血提供参考依据。方法随机电话随访2020年2月郑州市街头814名无偿献血者,分析了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间普及无偿献血知识的途径及最能有效吸引市民参与无偿献血的招募策略。结果2019年和2020年献血情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。首次献血者占34.8%(283/814),既往献血者占65.2%(531/814),固定献血者(至少献过3次血且每年至少献1次血者)占43.6%(355/814),有献血习惯者(每6个月或1 a献血者)占20.9%(170/814)。通过电视了解到献血的市民占69.66%,通过网络了解占41.28%,通过微信了解占37.10%。结论网络、微信等已成为新媒介最广的宣传途径,电视依然是最容易被市民所接受和认可的宣传途径。
Objective To research the blood collection situation in Zhengzhou City during the prevention and control of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)and evaluate the effect of recruitment,to provide reference for ensuring clinical blood supply in the face of public health emergency in the future.Methods A total of 814 voluntary blood donors in February 2020 in Zhengzhou were followed up by random telephone.The way to popularize the knowledge of voluntary blood donation and the most effective way to attract donors to participate in voluntary blood donation during the prevention and control of COVID-19 were analyzed.Results There was a statistical difference in blood donation between 2019 and 2020(P<0.05).First-time blood donors accounted for 34.8%(283/814).Former blood donors accounted for 65.2%(531/814).Regular blood donors(those who had offered blood at least three times and at least once a year)accounted for 43.6%(355/814).People with the habit of donating blood(those who donated blood every six months or a year)accounted for 20.9%(170/814).The citizens who learned about blood donation through TV accounted for 69.66%,and the citizens who learned through network and WeChat accounted for 1%and 2%,respectively.Conclusion The network and WeChat have become the most extensive propaganda way,while television is still the most easily accepted and recognized way by the public.
