摘要
采用铬植物单宁对乙烯基胶原蛋白膜进行改性,并对改性后的胶原蛋白进行了相关表征。经过单因素试验法优化出最佳的工艺条件:9%的铬植物单宁在温度35℃下与乙烯基胶原蛋白膜反应时间3 h,得到一种不溶于水的铬植物单宁改性乙烯基胶原蛋白膜(GrT-CMA)。经过SEM表征证明:铬植物单宁和乙烯基胶原蛋白膜(CMA)上的胶原蛋白发生结合,在100℃热水中也不能溶解,具有良好的耐热水溶解性能、溶胀度和失重率。
Collagen membrane was modified by chrome vegetable tannin and the properties of modified membrane were characterized. The best conditions were optimized by single factor test. The optimum conditions are as follows: temperature 35 ℃, reaction time 3 h, tannin dosage 9% of dry weight. The chrome vegetable tannin modified vinyl collagen membrane(CrT-CMA) is successfully obtained by SEM characterization of chitin tannin and collagen on the vinyl collagen membrane(CMA). CrT-CMA collagen film is highly cross-linked so that it is insoluble in water and unable dissolve in hot water above 100 ℃, with good heat-resistant water dissolution, swelling ratio and weightlessness ratio.
