摘要
研究植物单宁—蛋白质的相互作用在制革、医药等方面具有很重要的意义 ,而计算机模拟技术和理论在相关的研究中得到广泛的应用。本文综述了单宁—蛋白质反应的机理和分子模拟及理论计算中常用的方法 ,并展望了其应用前景。
The investigation of vegetable tannin-protein interaction is of theoretically and practically significance in leather,medicine and related fields.Computer modeling and theoretical calculation have been applied in the study.In this paper the mechanism of the interaction and typical modeling methods were reviewed and future development was predicted.
