摘要
目的探讨供应室无菌物品的数字化与精准化管理的临床应用价值。方法选择本院2017年5月至2019年10月收集的无菌物品2400件作为研究样本,将2017年5月至2018年12月收集的无菌物品1200件设为参照组,给予传统灭菌、清洁以及管理方法,由人工监管、记录、回收和发放;将2019年1月至2019年10月收集无菌物品1200件设为研究组,采用数字化与精准化管理,建立数字化联合精细化管理团队,采用基于RFID追踪识别技术和医院无线网络技术的消毒物品追溯管理系统,对供应室无菌物品进行精细化管理。比较两组的无菌物品合格率、漏查率、管理质量评分以及满意度评分。结果研究组合格率高于参照组,漏查率低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组无菌物品管理质量评分、满意度评分比较存在差异(P<0.05)。结论采用数字化与精准化管理有利于提高无菌管理质量与满意度,也能提高无菌物品的合格率,减少漏查率。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of digitalization and precise management of sterile products in supply room.Methods The 2400 sterile items collected by our hospital from May 2017 to October 2019 were selected as study samples,1,200 sterile items collected from May 2017 to December 2018 were set as reference group,traditional sterilization,cleaning and management methods were given,with manual supervision,recording,recovery and distribution.1,200 sterile items collected from January 2019 to October 2019 were set up as study group,digital and precision management team was set up,and the disinfection items were traced back based on RFID tracking technology and hospital wireless network technology management system,the supply room sterile items were dealt with fine management.The qualified rate,leakage rate,management quality score and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The combination rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the rate of missed examination was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).There were differences in the quality and satisfaction of sterile goods management between the study group and the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital and precise management can not only improve the quality and satisfaction of aseptic management,but also improve the qualified rate of aseptic products and reduce the missing rate.
