摘要
皮带运输机重载运行中会导致一些故障的发生,且发生频繁,给煤矿作业生产带来严重影响。针对皮带运输机常见的启动失败、跑偏、异响、断带、起拱打折、逆转飞车及打滑等故障进行分析,发现重载是导致故障的根本原因,而耦合器不匹配、充油量过多或过小、货物摆放不均匀等是导致皮带运输机重载故障的直接原因。通过具体探讨其故障发生的原因,有针对性地提出了相应的解决对策。
The heavy load operation of belt conveyor often leads to some faults,which brings adverse effects to coal mine operation and production.Through the analysis of the common faults of belt conveyor,such as starting failure,deviation,abnormal sound,broken belt,arching or folding,reverse galloping and slipping,it is found that heavy load is the basic cause of the fault,and the direct causes are the mismatching of couplers,too much or too little oil filling and uneven cargo placement.By discussing the causes of the failure,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
