摘要
针对皮带运输机出现的打滑、断带、过载和联轴器断裂等现象,介绍了一种基于电机转矩测量的新型皮带运输机故障检测系统。经现场应用表明,该系统可以准确判断皮带运输机的故障类型,有效减少了运输机的检修时间,降低因停产而产生的经济损失。
Aiming at the slippage,belt breakage,overload and coupling breakage of belt conveyor,a new type of fault detection system for belt conveyor based on motor torque measurement is introduced.Field application shows that the system can accurately judge the fault type of belt conveyor,effectively reduce the maintenance time of the conveyor,and reduce the economic losses caused by shutdown.
