摘要
目的针对日益繁多的信息化设备,规范运维流程,提升运维质量。方法利用信息技术基础架构库的先进理念与物联网技术,以通用技术架构模型—视图—控制器为基础,结合微信小程序,用Php等语言设计开发一套基于云服务的医院移动IT运维管理平台。结果通过此平台实现了工单报修、巡检、监控报警、知识库管理等功能,缩短了维修响应时间,获得快捷方便的效果。结论本平台的应用提高了工程师工作效率,提升了用户满意度。
Objective To standardize the operation and maintenance process and improve the quality of operation and maintenance for an increasing number of information-based equipment.Methods Based on the advanced concepts of information teahnology infrastructure library and internet of things technology,a set of cloud-based hospital mobile IT operation and maintenance management platform was designed and developed by combining WeChat applets,Php and other languages with the general technical architecture MVC.Results Through this platform,repair order service,inspection,monitoring and alarm,knowledge base management and other functions were realized,which can shorten the response time of maintenance and obtain a quick and convenient effect.Conclusion The application of this platform improves the working efficiency of engineers and user satisfaction.
