摘要
目的构建基于OA平台的医院科研试剂耗材采购流程,规范医院科研试剂耗材采购管理,实现采购活动全过程管控,提升科研试剂耗材管理水平,降低采购成本。方法通过对当前医院科研试剂耗材的采购现状进行分析,依托医院现有的OA平台,构建科研试剂耗材的电子化采购流程。结果该采购流程的实现,既节约了软件开发购买成本数10万元以上,又方便了科研工作者,大幅提升了工作效率,使采购平均时间由30 d缩短到10 d。结论这种模式的顺利运行为医院优化采购流程提供了可以参考的实例。
Objective In order to standardize the procurement management of scientific research reagent consumables in hospital,realize the whole-procedure management and control over procurement activities,improve the management level of scientific research reagent,and reduce procurement costs,the procurement procedure of scientific research reagents in hospital was constructed based on OA platform.Methods Through analyzing the current status of scientific research reagent procurement in hospital,the electronic procurement procedure of scientific research reagents was constructed by relying on the existing OA platform.Results The realization of the procurement procedure not only saved the costs of software development and purchase of more than 100,000 yuan,but also brought convenience to scientific researchers,greatly improved work efficiency,and reduced the average procurement time from 30 days to 10 days.Conclusion The smooth operation of this model provides a reference example for hospitals to optimize the procurement procedure.
