摘要
在“双高”建设背景下,加强耗材管理,对规范办学行为、提高办学水平具有重要意义。然而当前高职院校耗材管理,尤其是低值耗材存在多头采购、管理混乱、缺乏监管的问题。针对存在的问题,以信息化管理为手段,建立耗材信息化采购管理平台,并从前端、中端与后端三个层面,分别建设耗材采购集成化、管理一站式、诊断与改进智慧化的子系统,促进耗材采购规范化、管理高效化和监管可控化。
Under the background of"Double-High"construction,it is of great significance to strengthen the management of consumables for standardizing the school running behavior and improving the school running level.However,there are many problems in the management of consumables,especially low value consumables,such as multi procurement,chaotic management and lack of supervision.In view of the above problems,it is necessary to promote the standardization,efficient management and controllable supervision of consumables procurement by means of information management,establish an information-based procurement management platform for consumables,and build integrated,one-stop management,diagnosis and improvement intelligent subsystems of consumables procurement from the front-end,middle-end and back-end levels.
