摘要
随着社会经济的发展,居民消费水平的提高,人们对农产品的需求量增长迅速。本文基于农产品的易腐,易损的特点,在大量研究的基础上构建了影响农产品冷链物流发展指标,采用突变级数来对2008—2018年这11年来我国农产品冷链物流发展效果进行评价研究。结果表明:随着我国经济的快速增长,我国冷链物流发展迅速并且会沿着增长的势头继续保持着高质量的发展。
With the development of social economy and the improvement of residents’consumption level,people’s demand for agricultural products is growing rapidly.Based on the characteristics of perishable and vulnerable of agricultural products,this paper constructs the index influencing the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products on the basis of a large number of studies.Using catastrophe progression to evaluate the development effect of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China from 2008 to 2018.The results show that:With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the development of cold chain logistics in China is rapid and will continue to maintain high-quality development along the momentum of growth.
