摘要
层次分析法、因子分析法、模糊聚类分析等广泛运用于企业自主创新评价过程,针对这些方法存在的主观权重太大等缺点,引入突变级数法对大中型工业企业自主创新能力进行评价。介绍了突变级数法的评价过程,并对全国29个省区市的大中型工业企业进行实证评价研究。实证结果表明,全国29个省区市大中型工业企业的自主创新能力分布不均,主要集中在三个不同区域。同时,根据评价结果有针对性地给出了29个省区市的大中型工业企业自主创新能力的提升路径。
s:For the subjectivity in weight evaluation which is in the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process,Factor Analysis and Fuzzy Cluster Analysis,etc widely used during the evaluation of enterprises' independent innovation,the Catastrophe Progression Method(CPM) is introduced to evaluate the capacity.The evaluation process of CPM is given and then an empirical research with large medium-sized industrial enterprises of the 29 provinces in China is made.Empirical results show that the capacity distribution in the 29 provinces is uneven which mainly concentrated in three different areas.Meanwhile,improving paths of enterprises' independent innovation are proposed according to the empirical.
