摘要
目的:探讨语言康复训练配合头电针治疗脑卒中后失语症患者的效果。方法:选取我院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的46例脑卒中后失语症患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组23例,对照组行语言康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上配合头电针治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、语言功能评分(口语表达、阅读、书写评分)、语言障碍评分。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组患者口语表达、阅读、听说理解评分高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的语言障碍评分均显著降低,观察组的评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中后失语症患者应用语言康复训练配合头电针治疗其疗效显著,治疗后语言能力恢复较好,值得进一步研究以及推广。
Objective:To explore the effects of language rehabilitation training plus scalp electroacupuncture on aphasia after stroke.Methods:46 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,23 cases in each.The control group took language rehabilitation training,and the observation group took scalp electroacupuncture more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of oral expressions,reading,listening and comprehension in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of language impairment in groups were both significantly reduced,and the scores in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating aphasia after strok by language rehabilitation training plus scalp electroacupuncture show a significant effect,and the language ability is recovered well after treatment,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
