摘要
目的分析通元针法在脑卒中后抑郁患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年7月-2021年8月该院收治的76例脑卒中后抑郁患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各38例.对照组予以氟西汀治疗,研究组予以通元针法治疗,10 d为1个疗程,每个疗程之间间隔1 d,共治疗3个疗程.比较两组治疗前、治疗3个疗程后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分以及临床疗效.结果治疗前,两组患者的HAMD及HAMA评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个疗程后,两组患者的HAMD及HAMA评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组各项ADL评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个疗程后,两组ADL中进食能力、洗澡能力、个人卫生、行走能力、穿衣能力评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者的治疗总有效率为92.11%,高于对照组的76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通元针法在脑卒中后抑郁患者中具有较好的疗效,可改善患者焦虑抑郁程度,提高患者的日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To analyze the application effect of Tongyuan acupuncture in patients with post-stroke depression.Methods 76 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was treated with fluoxetine,and the study group was treated with Tongyuan acupuncture.10 d is a course of treatment,the interval between courses is 1 d,and both groups received 3 courses of treatment.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),activity of daily living scale(ADL)scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 courses of treatment,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the various ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 courses of treatment,the scores of eating ability,bathing ability,personal hygiene,walking ability and dressing ability in ADL in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group were higher than the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of patients in the study group was 92.11%,which was higher than 76.32%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongyuan acupuncture has good curative effect in patients with post-stroke depression,which can improve the degree of anxiety and depression of patients and improve their daily living ability,and is worthy of clinical application.
