摘要
职业教育系统是一个复杂的人工系统和典型的“社会—生态系统”,其治理是一个动态、开放、调适、变革的可持续发展过程。基于人工科学思想的界面治理理论,职业教育治理变革应体现为“横向—纵向—连接”三个维度的治理界面重构,并经由“价值—制度—技术”三个要素引致治理结构的变化和治理功能的调整。面向现代职业教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的要求,我国职业教育领域应围绕价值逻辑、多元共治、制度创新、技术赋能等角度,着力重构界面治理体系、优化界面治理机制、完善界面治理结构、创新界面治理模式,以实现职业教育的健康可持续发展。
Vocational education system is a complex artificial system and a typical social ecosystem.Meanwhile,its governance is a dynamic,open,adaptive and changing process of sustainable development.Based on the theory of interface governance from the thought of artificial science,this paper holds that the governance reform of vocational education is embodied in the reconstruction of governance interface in three dimensions of“horizontal—vertical—connection”,and the change of governance structure and the adjustment of governance function will appear through three elements of“value institution technology”.Facing the requirements of modern vocational education governance system and governance capacity modernization,we should strive to reconstruct interface governance system,optimize interface governance mechanism,improve interface governance structure and innovate interface governance mode from the perspectives of value logic,multi-governance,system innovation and technology empowerment,so as to realize the healthy and sustainable development of vocational education.
