摘要
采用离子交换树脂法分离溶液中的铂离子是一种绿色环保的分离方法,较化学沉淀法和溶剂萃取法等传统分离方法相比具有高效、节能、环保等优势。P-952树脂是一种专门选择性吸附溶液中铂离子树脂,随着树脂对溶液中铂的反复吸附、解吸,树脂上会逐渐残留少量铂金。本文介绍了阴离子交换树脂在铂族金属富集、分离提纯中的研究及用,同时对离子交换树脂残留少量铂的可能原因进行了分析。
The use of ion exchange resin method to enrich platinum ions in solutions is an environmentally friendly green technology.Compared with traditional recovery methods such as chemical precipitation and solvent extraction,it has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,and environmental protection.P-952 resin is a special resin that selectively adsorbs platinum ion in solution.As the resin repeatedly adsorbs and desorbs platinum in solution,a small amount of platinum will gradually remain on the resin.In this paper,the research and application of anion exchange resin in the enrichment,separation and purification of platinum group metals are introduced,and the possible reasons for the residual small amount of platinum in ion exchange resin are analyzed.
