摘要
危化行业是事故高发行业,且事故破坏性强,安全不确定性和管理难度大,检维修作业特殊性强。将作业安全分析(JSA)与作业安全票证许可(PWT)2种事故预防手段相结合,构建了危化生产检修现场事故预防体系,旨在减少作业安全事故的发生,提升危化行业的本质安全化水平。
The hazardous chemical industry has high incidence of accidents,strong destructiveness,uncertainty and great difficulty in management.Combining two kinds of accident prevention methods,job safety analysis(JSA)and permit work ticket(PWT),an accident prevention system was constructed during maintenance of hazardous chemical production unit to reduce the occurrence of operation safety accidents and improve the inherent safety level of the hazardous chemical industry.
