On the High-quality Development of Rural Education from the Perspective of Relationship Justice

摘要 乡村地区教育发展的物质条件困境已基本解决,但仍长期面临着效果不佳、质量低迷、师生流失的困境。除了继续在配置正义视角下给予各种政策支持、加大帮扶力度外,还应当基于关系正义的理论视角,秉承"文化承认与自主发展"的理念,在资源配置的多元需求满足课程的乡土化重构与教学体系的适切化等方面,消解乡村地区教育发展的障碍性因素,提升乡村地区教育优质发展的能力,追求适合乡村地区现状和社会发展实际需要的教育优质化发展路径。 The plight of material conditions for the education development in the vast rural areas has been basically solved,but there are still such dilemmas as poor effect,low quality and loss of teachers and students for a long time.In addition to the continuance of giving policy support and increasing the intensity of assistance,we should upholding the concept of"cultural recognition and independent development"from the perspective of relational justice,remove the obstacles to the development of education in rural areas in terms of meeting the multiple needs of resource allocation,reconstructing the local curriculum and adopting the adaptive teaching systems,improve the ability of rural areas to develop high quality education,and pursue the high-quality development path which is suitable for the present situation and the actual needs of social development.
