摘要
基于对内地西藏高中班学生学业的调查,本研究采用多层线性模型对影响学生适应水平和学业成绩的因素进行分析。结果表明,混合编班中学生的语文和数学成绩显著高于单独编班中的学生;一、二线城市学校中的学生与三、四线城市学校的学生相比,有更好的学业适应、师生关系和语文成绩。省级示范校学生的语文成绩优于非省级示范校的学生,但学业适应得分则低于非省级示范校的学生;学业适应是学校是否为省级示范校与语文成绩之间的跨层中介变量,产生了负向中介作用,即遮掩效应;学校是否为省级示范校对数学成绩的影响不显著。可见,优质的教学资源虽然会为内高班学生带来优异的学业成绩,但可能会带来更大的竞争压力,从而引起学生的不适感。因此,学校在为学生提供优质资源的同时,也应根据内高班学生的特点,制定适当的教学方法与教学手段。此外,学校应及时开展心理辅导,帮助学生树立正确的心态,减小竞争压力,提升内高班学生的学业适应水平。
Based on an educational survey of the Tibetan senior high school classes in the Hinterland region,this paper conducts analysis through multi-level linear model on factors affecting students ’ life adaptation and academic achievement. Results indicate that students in mixed ethnic classes have significantly higher scores in Chinese language and mathematics courses than those in single ethnic classes;students from the first and second tier cities have better academic adaptation,teacher-student relationship and language achievement than students from the third and fourth tier cities;the language achievement of the students in provincial model schools is better than that of the students in non-provincial model schools,but the former’s academic adaptation is lower than that of the latter. The students’ academic adaptation have a significant and positive impact on academic performance,and academic adaptation is a cross-level mediation variable between school type and Chinese language performances, which has a negative mediating effect, that is, the suppressing effects. The impact of whether the school is a provincial model school on students’ mathematics performances is not significant. Although high-quality teaching resources can benefit students in attaining excellent academic performance,it may cause as well greater pressure and arouse discomfort among students.Therefore,while providing students with high-quality resources, schools should also carry out timely psychological guidance to enhance their academic adaptation.
