摘要
目的探讨冻融胚胎移植前一天宫腔灌注人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG)是否可改善反复种植失败(repeated implantation failure,RIF)患者的妊娠结局。方法选取行冻融胚胎移植(freeze-thaw embryo transfer,FET)并符合RIF诊断标准的患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组法将患者分为HCG灌注组和对照组,其中HCG灌注组48例,对照组55例,比较两组的临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率、早期自然流产率以及异位妊娠率。结果两组间的基本资料、临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率、早期自然流产率以及异位妊娠率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胚胎移植前一天宫腔灌注HCG并不能改善RIF患者冻融胚胎移植周期的妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate whether intrauterine infusion of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)on the day before freeze-thaw embryo transfer(FET)can improve the pregnancy outcome in patients with repeated implantion failure(RIF).Methods The patients who underwent FET in our center and were in line with the diagnosis of RIF were selected.The patients were divided into HCG perfusion group and control group by randomized,48 patients in HCG perfusion group,55 patients in control group.To compare clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate,early spontaneous abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate between two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in the basic data,clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate,early spontaneous abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intrauterine infusion of HCG on the day before embryo transfer can not improve the pregnancy outcome in patients with repeated implantion failure in freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycles.
