摘要
介绍了一种基于脊波导的后馈式毫米波宽带减高波导同轴转换的设计方法,通过在同轴与脊波导之间增加方同轴过渡改善传输模式匹配从而提高转换带宽。采用这种方法研制波导口径尺寸6.00 mm×1.85 mm的波导同轴转换,对波导同轴转换进行背靠背测试,测试结果与仿真结果具有较好的一致性,在30~45 GHz(相对带宽36%)频带内传输损耗小于1.2 dB,回波损耗优于-10 dB。
A design method of millimeter-wave wideband in-line transition from reduced-height waveguide to coaxial line based on ridge waveguide was introduced.The transition bandwidth was increased by adding the rectangular coaxial line between the coaxial line and the ridge waveguide to im-prove the transmission mode matching.A coaxial line to waveguide transition with waveguide dimensions of 6.00 mm×1.85 mm was designed and fabricated according to this method.A pair of coaxial line to waveguide transitions was tested in a back-to-back configuration.The measured results are in good agreement with simulations.Insertion loss is smaller than 1.2 dB and return loss is better than-10 dB from 30 GHz to 45 GHz(relative bandwidth is 36%).
