摘要
介绍比色法总磷自动监测仪的校准方法。根据仪器的组成和原理,选取温度示值误差、温场均匀性、消解时间示值误差、仪器示值误差、仪器测量重复性、仪器示值稳定性作为总磷自动监测仪的主要计量特性,详细讨论了各个计量特性的校准方法。依据本方法对两种型号的仪器进行了校准,温度示值误差不超过±5℃,温场均匀性不大于3℃,仪器测量重复性不大于5%,示值稳定性不超过±0.1 mg/L,仪器在不同测量段的示值误差有较大差异,因此需要分段制定技术指标。该校准方法给出的计量特性及技术指标较为合理,校准方法切实可行,可用于总磷自动监测仪的校准。
The calibration method of colorimetric total phosphorus automatic monitor was introduced.According to the composition and principle of the instrument,the temperature indication error,temperature field uniformity,digestion time indication error,instrument indication error,instrument measurement repeatability and instrument indication stability were selected as the main metrological characteristics of the automatic total phosphorus tester.The calibration methods of each measurement characteristic were discussed in detail.According to this method,two types of instruments were calibrated respectively.The temperature indication error was not more than±5℃,the temperature field uniformity was not more than 3℃,the instrument measurement repeatability was not more than 5%,and the indication value stability was not more than±0.1 mg/L.The indication error of the instrument in different measuring sections is quite different,so it is necessary to formulate technical indexes by sections.The measurement characteristics and technical indicators given by the calibration method are reasonable,and the calibration method is feasible,which can be used for the calibration of total phosphorus automatic monitor.
