摘要 针对目前总磷测定方法GB 11893—89《水质总磷测定钼酸盐分光光度法》采用高压蒸汽消毒器对水样进行消解存在的不安全因素,以及实验室现有仪器的配置情况,通过采用COD快速消解仪代替高压蒸汽消毒器对水样进行消解,重新构建水质总磷测定快速分析方法,经过试验证明此分析方法操作简单便捷,减少了设备的投入,有着较为显著的精密度和准确度,与国标方法相比无显著性差异。 In view of unsafe factors in digesting water samples with high pressure steam sterilizer in determination of total phosphorus by the present method in GB11893—89"Water quality-Determination of total phosphorus-Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method",as well as the configuration of the laboratory existing instruments,a rapid analysis method for water quality-determination of total phosphorus was rebuilt through using COD digestion instrument instead of high pressure steam sterilizer for sample digestion.The experiment proved that this analysis method was simple and convenient operation,reduced the equipment investment,and had a relatively remarkable precision and accuracy;there was no significant difference compared with national standard method.
