社会关系干预联合知信行教育对老年高血压患者心理状态及自我管理水平的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究社会关系干预联合知信行教育对老年高血压患者的心理状态及自我管理水平的影响。方法将150例高血压患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各75例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上行社会关系干预联合知信行教育。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的乐观、坚韧、力量、饮食、用药、工作管理、病情监测、情绪、运动、医嘱用药、饮食行为、运动行为、睡眠行为和情绪控制评分均升高,收缩压、舒张压均降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社会关系干预联合知信行教育能够明显改善老年高血压患者的心理状态、自我管理水平、高血压认知水平以及血压水平,值得推广。 Objective To study the effect of social relationship intervention combined with knowledge,belief and behavior education on the mental state and self-management level of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 150 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received social relationship intervention combined with knowledge,belief and behavior education on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of optimism,tenacity,strength,diet,medication,work management,disease monitoring,emotion,exercise,taking the medicine according to the doctors'order,diet behavior,exercise behavior,sleep behavior and emotional control of the two groups increased,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased,and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Social relationship intervention combined with knowledge,belief and behavior education can significantly improve the mental state,self-management level,hypertension cognitive level and blood pressure level of elderly hypertensive patients,which is worthy of promotion.
