小学教师职业认同感与离职意向关系调查研究

On the Relationship between Professional Identity and Turnover Intention of Primary School Teachers

摘要 为探寻小学教师离职意向与职业认同感之间的关系,采用小学教师职业认同感问卷及离职意向问卷,对随机整群抽取的两所小学的150名教师进行调查研究。结果发现:小学教师职业认同感较高,离职意向较低;小学女教师职业认同感高于男教师,小学女教师的职业价值观显著高于小学男教师;一级职称小学教师的职业认同感最高,高级职称小学教师的职业认同感最低,三级职称小学教师的角色价值观显著高于其他职称小学教师;行政岗位小学教师的职业认同感最高,教学兼行政岗位小学教师的职业认同感最低,行政岗位小学教师职业认同感显著高于其他身份的小学教师;小学教师的职业认同越高其离职意向越低,小学教师职业认同感受到职业价值观和职业行为倾向的共同影响。 In order to explore the relationship between primary school teachers'professional identity and turnover intention,a survey of 150 teachers from two primary schools randomly selected by clusters was conducted using primary school teachers'professional identity questionnaire and turnover intention questionnaire.The results found that:Primary school teachers have higher professional identity and lower turnover intention;primary school female teachers have higher professional identity than male teachers,and primary school female teachers have higher professional values than primary school male teachers;primary teachers with primary titles have the highest professional identity,primary professional teachers with the highest professional title have the lowest professional identity,primary school teachers with the third professional title have significantly higher values than other professional titles.Primary school teachers with administrative titles have the highest professional identity;primary teachers with teaching and administrative positions have the lowest professional identity,administrative post-primary teachers'occupational identity is significantly higher than that of primary school teachers with other identities;the higher the primary school teachers'professional identity,the lower their turnover intention,and the primary school teachers'professional identity feels the combined impact of professional values and professional behavioral tendencies.
