摘要
为明确亚麻属野生种野亚麻(L.stelleroides Planch.)的核型特征,利用酶解去壁低渗法进行制片,并对其染色体进行了核型分析。结果表明,野亚麻的染色体数目为20,核型公式为2n=2x=20=20 m,核型类型是1 A,核型不对称系数为54.15%。本研究将为亚麻属物种的起源、演化研究和野生种利用提供重要的细胞学依据。
In order to make clear the karyotype characteristics of Linum stelleroides,a wild species of the genus Linum,the enzyme hydrolysis method was used to remove wall under hypoosmosis and karyotype analysis was analyzed.The results showed that the chromosome number of wild L.stelleroides was 20 and the karyotype formula was 2n=2x=20=20 m.Also,the karyotype type was 1 A,and the karyotype asymmetry coefficient was 54.15%.This study will provide important cytological basis for the origin,evolution and utilization of wild species of the genus Linum.
