摘要
生物被膜是动物源病原菌产生耐药性和致病机制的重要原因之一。生物被膜能够加强菌体耐药性,从而降低兽药的治疗效果导致病情延误,还可使疾病反复发作。中药与现代抗菌药物相比,可以去除细菌生物被膜,具有不易产生耐药性的特点。文章整理近年来中药及其有效成分对动物源病原菌生物被膜有抑制作用的相关文献,以期为新兽药研发提供参考。
Biofilm is one of the important reasons for the development of drug resistance and pathogenic mechanism of animal-derived pathogens.Biofilm can not only enhance the drug resistance of bacteria,thereby reducing the therapeutic effect of veterinary drugs and leading to delays in the disease,but also can cause the disease to recur and cause damage.Compared with modern antibacterial drugs,traditional Chinese medicine can remove the bacterial biofilm and it has the characteristics of not being prone to drug resistance.Relevant literature on the inhibitory effect of Chinese medicine and its active ingredients on the biofilm of animal-derived pathogenic bacteria in recent years is now sorted out,in order to provide reference for the research and development of new veterinary drugs,thereby promoting the development of animal husbandry industry.
