摘要
本草酵素是由黄芪、党参、杨树花、甘草等经复合乳酸菌发酵制备成的发酵中草药制剂。试验采用试管稀释法和平板打孔法研究本草酵素对沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌体外抑菌作用。平板打孔法测试结果显示,本草酵素对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌圈直径依次为12.74、14.24、10.92 mm。试管二倍稀释法试验显示,本草酵素对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌最小抑菌质量浓度(MIC)依次为0.125、0.250、0.125 g/mL;最小杀菌质量浓度(MBC)依次为0.250、0.500、0.250 g/mL。
Fermented Chinese herbal preparations was prepared by lactic acid bacteria fermentation with plant raw materials such as Astragalus,Codonopsis,Atractylodes,Licorice,etc.Test tube dilution method and plate punching method were used to study the in vitro antibacterial effect of fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine herbal preparations(Bencaojiaosu),Staphylococcu aureus,Escherichia coli and Salmonella.The test results of the plate punching method showed that the diameter of the inhibition zone of the compound fermented Chinese medicine preparations(Bencaojiaosu)against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella was 12.74,14.24,and 10.92 mm.The test tube doubledilution method showed that the minimum bactericidal mass concentration MIC of the fermented compound Chinese herbal preparations(Bencaojiaosu)for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella were 0.125,0.250,0.125 g/mL;the minimum bactericidal mass concentration MBC were 0.250,0.500,0.250 g/mL.
