共用导架升降的多级施工平台及其定位与防碰撞技术研究

摘要 介绍了用于建筑工程外立面结构建造与装饰装修的新型防护与作业一体化多级升降施工平台结构组成,阐明了该多级平台的各类组合形式。针对传统升降设备运行主要依靠人工操作、监控存在盲区、智能化程度低的问题,提出了多级作业平台运行定位与防碰撞控制系统,阐述了相应的导架升降的作业平台运行定位方法以及多级串联升降设备之间的防碰撞控制方法,该方法可以给其他类似工程提供借鉴。 The structure of a new multi-stage lifting construction platform with integrated protection and operation used for the construction and decoration of facade structure of building engineering is introduced,and various combination types of the multi-stage platform are expounded.Aiming at the problems of traditional lifting equipment mainly relying on manual operation and monitoring,blind spots in monitoring and low degree of intelligence,a multi-stage operation platform operation positioning and anti-collision control system is proposed,and the corresponding operation positioning method of the guide frame lifting operation platform and the anti-collision control method among the multi-stage series lifting equipment are expounded,which can provide reference for other similar projects.
