摘要
为提升建筑工业化装配式结构的绿色施工标准,推行外防护体系模块化、标准化和工具化,对新型装配式混凝土结构外防护体系进行分析。深入研究模块化工具式防护架、轻型工具式围挡及防护与作业一体化升降作业平台这3种形式的防护体系,分析其用于装配式混凝土结构的工艺特点及在施工中遇到的操作问题,并提出解决方案。同时,提升了新型工具式防护体系的工艺技术和新型外防护体系的适应性,达到了高安全性、高效率和绿色发展的目标。
In order to improve the green construction standard of the prefabricated structure in the construction industry,and promote the modularization,standardization and instrumentalization of the external protection system,the external protection system of the new prefabricated concrete structure is analyzed.In this paper,three types of protection systems,namely modular tool-type protective frame,light tool enclosure and integrated lifting platform for protection and operation,are studied in depth.The process characteristics and operation problems encountered in the construction scene of prefabricated concrete structure are analyzed,and the solutions are proposed.At the same time,the process technology of the new tool protection system and the adaptability of the new external protection system are improved,and the goals of high safety,high efficiency and green development are achieved.
