摘要
我国乡村旅游开始转向高质量发展,兰陵国家农业公园作为我国第一批农业公园示范点,是山东省兰陵县发展乡村旅游的探索。本研究从游客视角出发,探究游客对兰陵国家农业公园的满意度感知分析,运用描述性分析法分析游客对园区的满意度感知概况,用因子分析法分析影响游客满意度感知的影响因素,结果表明:兰陵国家农业公园的游客满意度感知较高,不存在非常不满意感知,不满意感知屈指可数;影响游客满意度感知公因子为公共环境因子、景区管理因子和服务质量因子;影响因素的重要程度由大到小排序为公共环境因子、景区管理因子、服务质量因子。
Rural tourism in our country has begun to shift to high-quality development.Lanling National Agricultural Park,as one of our country's agricultural park demonstration sites,represents the exploration of the development of rural tourism in Lanling County,Shandong Province.From the perspective of tourists,this study explores the tourists'perception of satisfaction with Lanling National Agricultural Park,uses descriptive analysis to analyze the profile of tourists'satisfaction with the park,and uses factor analysis to analyze the factors that affect tourists'perception of satisfaction.The results show that:The tourist satisfaction perception of Lanling National Agricultural Park is high,with no very dissatisfaction perception,and the dissatisfaction perception is few;The public factors that affect tourist satisfaction perception are public environmental factors,scenic area management factors and service quality factor;The order of importance of the influencing factors is public environmental factor>scenic area management factor>service quality factor.
