游客满意度视角下山地探险旅游的影响因素研究——以黑竹沟景区为例 被引量:4

On the Influencing Factors of Mountain Adventure Tourism from the Perspective of Tourist Satisfaction——A Case Study of Heizhugou Scenic Spot

摘要 游客的满意度和游后行为意向的影响因素认知是旅游目的地提升竞争优势的基础。文章从游客满意度视角对黑竹沟景区的游客进行相关的影响因素分析,并基于前人研究使用SmartPLS构建结构方程模型,基于结构模型对参与山地探险旅游的游客满意度的五个维度与游后满意度、游后行为意向进行假设并分析。研究结果显示:除旅游交通对游后满意度、旅游交通对游后行为意向、景区设施对游后满意度、价格感知对游后行为意向和旅游资源对游后行为意向无显著关系,其他假设均成显著正向关系。最后根据相关的研究假设检验和讨论提出了提升黑竹沟景区发展的建议。 The cognition of influencing factors of tourist satisfaction and post-tour behavioral intention is the basis for enhancing the competitive advantage of a tourist destination. In this paper, from the perspective of tourist satisfaction, the relevant influencing factors of tourists in Heizhugou Scenic Spot were analyzed, and a structural equation model was built based on previous studies using SmartPLS. Based on the structural model, the five dimensions of tourist satisfaction, post-tour satisfaction and post-tour behavioral intention are hypothesized and analyzed. The results show that: except that there is no significant relationship between tourist traffic and post-trip satisfaction, tourist traffic and post-trip behavioral intention, scenic spot facilities and post-trip satisfaction, price perception and post-trip behavioral intention, and tourism resources and post-trip behavioral intention, all the other hypotheses are significantly positive.Finally, by testing and discussing the relevant research hypothesis, suggestions are put forward to improve the development of Heizhugou Scenic Spot.
