摘要
植酸磷不仅是肉鸡不可利用的磷源,而且具有抗营养、降低蛋白质和矿物质吸收、增加内源损失和降低肉鸡生产性能的负面作用。本研究旨在探讨低磷日粮添加高剂量植酸酶对肉鸡生长性能的影响。试验选择1日龄肉鸡648只,按照体重随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只,分别饲喂正常磷水平日粮、正常磷水平日粮+500 FTU/kg植酸酶、磷缺乏日粮、磷缺乏日粮+500、1000或1500 FTU/kg植酸酶。整个试验分为1~21和22~35 d两个阶段。结果表明,低磷日粮补充不同水平植酸酶及正常日粮或正常日粮补充植酸酶对肉鸡采食量、料重比和胫骨灰分含量的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05),但低磷日粮不添加植酸酶较其他组显著降低了21 d肉鸡的日增重(P<0.05)。正常日粮组、正常日粮添加植酸酶组、低磷日粮组及低磷日粮添加不同水平植酸酶组对35 d肉鸡的采食量、体增重和死亡率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。正常日粮添加500 FTU/kg植酸酶组、低磷日粮添加1000或1500 FTU/kg组较正常日粮组显著降低了35 d肉鸡料重比(P<0.05)。结论:植酸酶可以水解植酸并减少植酸的抗营养作用,进而可以改善肉鸡在磷轻度缺乏时生长性能的表现。
Phosphorus phytate is not only an unusable phosphorus source for broilers,but also has the negative effects of anti-nutrition,decreasing protein and mineral absorption,increasing endogenous loss and decreasing broilers’production performance.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of high dose phytase on the growth performance of broilers on a low phosphorus diet.A total of 6481-day-old broilers were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups according to their similar body weights.Each group was randomly divided into 6 replicates and 18 replicates.They were fed a normal phosphorus diet,a normal phosphorus diet of+500 FTU/kg phytase,a phosphorus deficient diet,and a phosphorus deficient diet of+500,1000 or 1500 FTU/kg phytase.The whole test is divided into two stages:1~21 and 22~35 d.The results showed that the effect of phytase supplementation at different levels on feed intake,feed to weight ratio and tibia ash content in broilers on low phosphorus diet and normal diet or phytase supplementation on normal diet had no significant difference(P>0.05),but the daily weight gain of broilers on 21 days without phytase was significantly reduced compared with other groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effect of normal diet group,normal diet group with phytase,low phosphorus diet group and low phosphorus diet group with phytase at different levels on feed intake,body weight gain and mortality of 35 day broilers(P>0.05).The weight ratio of broilers was significantly reduced by 35 d in the normal diet group with 500 FTU/kg phytase,and in the low-phosphorus diet group with 1000 or 1500 FTU/kg compared with the normal diet group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the above experimental results support the idea that phytase can hydrolyze phytic acid and reduce the antitrophic effect of phytic acid,thereby improving the growth performance of broilers when phosphorus is slightly deficient.
