仙人掌粉对奶牛泌乳性能、乳成分及氮代谢的影响 被引量:1

摘要 文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平的烘干仙人掌粉对奶牛泌乳性能、乳成分及氮代谢的影响。试验将体重为(514±48)kg、泌乳量为(13.4±1.87)kg的40头荷斯坦奶牛随机分为5组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头奶牛。对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组分别饲喂基础日粮添加2%、4%、6%和8%的仙人掌粉,各组保持营养水平一致。结果:与对照组相比,日粮添加不同水平的仙人掌粉显著降低了奶牛干物质、有机物、粗蛋白质、总可消化养分和非纤维碳水化物的摄入量及干物质占体重的摄入量(P<0.05),2%仙人掌粉组干物质表观消化率显著降低(P<0.05)。日粮添加不同水平的仙人掌粉对奶牛血清代谢物浓度无显著影响(P>0.05)。氮摄入量在添加不同水平的仙人掌粉组表现为显著降低(P<0.05),同时日粮添加不同水平的仙人掌粉显著降低了乳中脂肪、蛋白质、总固形物的含量(P<0.05)。结论:随着仙人掌粉的添加水平的升高,奶牛泌乳量显著升高,添加水平达到8%时可以达到玉米-牧草-青贮高粱的饲喂效果。 The experiment was to evaluate the effect of different levels of dried cactus powder on lactation performance,milk composition and nitrogen metabolism of cows.We choose 40 Holstein cows with a body weight of(514±48)kg and a lactation capacity of(13.4±1.87)kg were randomly divided into 5 groups with 8 replicates in each group and 1 cow in each replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet,and the treatment group was fed the basal diet+2%,4%,6%and 8%cactus powder,respectively.The nutrition level of each group remained the same.Results:compared with control group,adding different levels of cactus powder diet significantly reduces the cows of dry matter,organic matter,crude protein,total digestible nutrients and the fiber dry matter of carbohydrate intake and intake of weigh(t P<0.05),apparent digestibility of dry matter 2%cactus powder group significantly reduced(P<0.05).Dietary addition of different levels of cactus powder had no significant effect on serum metabolite concentration of cows(P>0.05).Nitrogen intake in the group with different levels of cactus powder was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and dietary addition of different levels of cactus powder significantly reduced the content of fat,protein and total solids in milk(P<0.05).Conclusion:with the increase of the adding level of cactus powder,the milk production of cows increased significantly.When the adding level reached 8%,the feeding effect of cornherbage silage sorghum could be achieved.
