摘要
为研究仙人掌提取物对广西麻鸡血液生化指标、抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响,选取1日龄广西麻鸡1 600只进行为期120 d的饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为两组,每组两个重复,对照组饲喂基础饲粮;试验组在基础饲粮中添加仙人掌提取物。结果表明,试验组血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性显著提高(P<0.05),血清中丙二醛的含量显著降低(P<0.05);IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3和补体C4的含量显著提高(P<0.05);血清中钙、磷的含量显著提高(P<0.05),血清中胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05)。
To investigate the effects of cactus PE on the mechanism of action from antioxidation,immunity and biochemistry of Guangxi partridge chicken,1 600 Guangxi partridge chickens were randomly assigned to 2 groups,each group had 2 repeats.Control group feed basic diet,while test group add cactus PE for 120 days.The results showed that serum GSH-Px and SOD（P0.05）,and decreased MDA content of test group had significantly increased（P0.05）,IgA,IgG,IgM,complement C3 and complement C4 contents in serum significantly increased（P0.05）,Ca and P in serum significantly increased（P0.05）,Cholesterol significantly decreased（P0.05）.
