中草药饲料添加剂对藏鸡生产性能、免疫功能的影响 被引量:32

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine on performance and immune function in Tibetan chickens

摘要 本文旨在研究饲料中添加中草药对藏鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响。试验选取360羽健康的1日龄雄性藏鸡,按初始体重随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复20羽鸡。3个处理组分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组),添加50 mg/kg金霉素的基础日粮(试验1组),添加1%复合中草药的基础日粮(试验2组),试验为期18周。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲料中添加复合中草药能显著提高藏鸡6、12和18周的体重(P<0.05),显著提高藏鸡的平均日增重(P<0.05)。饲料中添加抗生素和复合中草药均能显著降低试验期间藏鸡的死亡率(P<0.05)。此外,抗生素和复合中草药均能提高藏鸡血清中免疫球蛋白Ig G和Ig M含量(P<0.05),促进血清中细胞因子IL-2、IL-4和INF-γ的释放(P<0.05),进而增强机体免疫功能。综上所述,饲料中添加复合中草药添加剂可以提高藏鸡平均日增重、降低集约化舍饲的死亡率,增强机体免疫功能,达到或接近抗生素的添加效果,具有良好的替抗前景。 This study was conducted to study the effects of Chinese herbs added to diet on growth performance and immune function of Tibetan chickens. 360 healthy Tibetan chickens(male,1 day old)were divided into 3 groups,each group of 6 replicates with 20 chickens per replicate. The three groups were fed with basal diets(control treat,CT),basal diets + antibiotics(experiment treat,ET1),basal diets + 1% Chinese herbs(experiment treat,ET2). The experiment lasted for 18 weeks. The results showed that the body weight of Tibetan chickens in 6 weeks,12 weeks and 18 weeks of ET2 was signifi cantly higher than that of CT(P〈0.05),and the average daily gain of Tibetan chicken of ET2 was also higher than that of CT(P〈0.05). Compared with CT,ET1 and ET2 signifi cantly decreased the mortality of Tibetan chickens during the experiment(P〈0.05). In addition,ET1 and ET2 signifi cantly increased the content of Ig G and Ig M in the serum of Tibetan chicken,and promoted the release of cytokines IL-2,IL-4 and INF-γ(P〈0.05),thus enhanced the immune function of the body. To sum up,adding Chinese herbal compound to diets can increase the average daily gain of Tibetan chicken,reduce the mortality of intensive feeding,and enhance the immune function of the body,achieve or close to the effect of antibiotics,and it shows a good prospect for antibiotics replacement.
