摘要
目的探讨老年股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病患者的临床护理对策,提高临床护理水平。方法回顾性分析我院骨科于2018年7月-2019年7月收治的122例老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,所有患者均合并糖尿病,且无手术禁忌证,行择期手术治疗,并实施围手术其护理,对患者血糖水平、住院时间、并发症、关节功能进行评价。结果本组患者手术均取得成功,围手术期血糖水平控制良好;平均住院时间(12.3±1.8)d;术后并发症率3.3%;术后3个月随访患者关节功能恢复良好。结论老年股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病患者实施围手术期护理可保证手术顺利进行,对改善患者预后有重要意义。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing countermeasures of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture complicated with diabetes mellitus,and improve the level of clinical nursing.Methods The clinical data of 122 Elderly Patients with femoral neck fracture who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were complicated with diabetes mellitus and had no operation contraindication.They were treated with selective operation and perioperative nursing.The blood glucose level,hospitalization time,complications and joint function were evaluated.Results All the operations were successful,the perioperative blood glucose level was well controlled,the average hospitalization time was(12.3±1.8)d,the postoperative complication rate was 3.3%,and the joint function recovered well after 3 months follow-up.Conclusion The implementation of perioperative nursing care for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture complicated with diabetes mellitus can ensure the smooth operation,which is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients.
