摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗风痰袭肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将风痰袭肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘患者共72例随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,对照组采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,1吸/次,2次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上联合自拟二陈加减方治疗。比较2组治疗前后血清白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-12和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平以及咳嗽症状评分,并评估其临床疗效。结果治疗10周后,2组的血清IL-6、IL-12和TNF-α水平以及咳嗽症状评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);组间比较,2组治疗后的血清IL-6、IL-12和TNF-α水平以及咳嗽症状评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组的临床总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组的临床总有效率71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗风痰袭肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切,能有效调节风痰袭肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清炎性因子水平,减轻气道炎症反应,明显缓解患者的临床咳嗽症状和体征,且优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)with wind-phlegm attacking lung type.Methods In total 72 cases of CVA with wind-phlegm attacking lung type were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.In the control group,salmeterol and fluicasone powder inhalation was applied,twice a day.In the treatment group,based on the therapy applied in the control group,self-made modified Erchen decoction was also applied.The indexes such as the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-12 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the blood serum and the cough symptom scores in the two groups before and after treatments were tested,and the therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results After 10 weeks’intervention,there was significant difference of the levels of IL-6,IL-12 and TNF-αand the cough symptom scores after treatments compared with those before treatments(P<0.01),and compared between the two groups after treatments(P<0.01).The total effective rates were 91.18%in the treatment group and 71.43%in the control group,and there had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of integrated TCM and western medicine in the treatment of CVA with wind-phlegm attacking lung type is definite,which could remarkably regulate the levels of inflammatory factors,reduce the airway inflammatory reaction and obviously alleviate the cough symptoms and signs,which is better than those with simple western medicine.
