摘要
目的:观察沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松(SM/FP)联合苏黄止咳胶囊对成人咳嗽变异性哮喘的咳嗽症状、炎症因子及诱导痰嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)百分比的影响。方法:选取本院66例成人咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,分为2组各33例。对照组给予SM/FP治疗;联合组在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效和治疗前后咳嗽症状评分、EOS百分比及炎症因子水平。结果:临床疗效总有效率联合组90.9%,对照组69.7%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),联合组优于对照组。治疗后,联合组咳嗽症状评分较对照组低(P <0.05)。联合组治疗后EOS百分比、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均较对照组低,白细胞介素-12 (IL-12)的水平较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:SM/FP联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗可有效降低成人咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清中炎症因子与EOS的水平,减轻气道炎症反应,可有效缓解咳嗽症状,具有增强临床疗效的作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of salmeterol/fluticasone propionate(SM/FP) combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule on cough symptoms,inflammatory factors and the percentage of eosinophil(EOS) in induced sputum of cough variant asthma in adults. Methods:Selected 66 cases of adult patients with cough variant asthma in our hospital,and divided them into two groups, 33 cases in each group. The control group received SM/FP, while the combination group additionally received Suhuang Zhike capsule. Compared the clinical effect and scores of cough symptoms,percentage of EOS and levels of inflammatory factors in both groups before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 90.91% in the combination group,being better than 69.70% in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the scores of cough symptoms in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The percentage of EOS and levels of interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the combination group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of interleukin-12(IL-12) was higher than that in the control group, difference being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of SM/FP combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule can effectively decrease the levels of inflammatory factors and EOS in serum of adult patients with cough variant asthma,alleviate inflammatory reaction in the airway and relieve cough symptoms,with effect in strengthening the clinical effect.
