摘要
全功率变速抽水蓄能机组基于电力电子设备可实现功率快速解耦控制。基于全功率变速抽水蓄能机组基本原理,建立了全功率变速抽水蓄能机组模型,进一步验证了其功率快速调节特性。针对电网安全、稳定应用需求,提出了全功率变速抽水蓄能机组在电网应用中的频率综合控制策略。基于典型算例的仿真结果表明:全功率变速抽水蓄能机组能够显著提升电网应对系统在不同程度扰动情况下的频率稳定性。
Based on the power electronic equipment,the full size converter variable speed pumped storage(FSC-VSPS)can realize the power fast decoupling control.Based on the basic principle of FSC-VSPS,this paper establishes the model of FSC-VSPS,and further verifies its fast power regulation characteristics.According to the requirement of power grid security and stability,the frequency comprehensive control strategy of FSC-VSPS in power grid application is proposed.The simulation results based on a typical example show that the FSC-VSPS can significantly improve the frequency stability of the power grid in varying degrees of disturbance.
