摘要
针对当前挥发性有机污染问题,建立了苏玛罐采样-低温浓缩/气相色谱-质谱串联氢火焰离子化法分析环境空气中120种挥发性有机物的方法.样品经三级冷阱预浓缩仪富集、除干扰组分,并进行冷聚焦后利用冷柱温分离.气相色谱分离、质谱/氢火焰离子化法分析.笔者优化了阱的关键温度和时间参数,在最佳实验条件下进行方法性能实验.结果表明,120种目标化合物的方法检出限为0.01~0.15 nmol/mol,高、中、低3组浓度水平的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.3%~6.3%(n=6),空白加标回收率为90%~106%.
In order to analyze the cause of pollution in China,this study proposed a method for the analysis of 120 volatile organic compounds in ambient air on canister sampling-cryogenic traping GC-FID/MS.The samples were cryogenically preconcentrated and focused after interfering substances removed,then determined by GC-FID/MS.The study has optimized the key temperature and time parameters of the trap,and carried out method performance experiments under the best experimental conditions.The results show that the method detection limit of 120 target compounds is 0.01-0.15 nmol/mol.And the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the concentration levels of high,medium and low groups is 0.3%to 6.3%(n=6),and the recovery rate of blank spike is 90%to 106%.
